Construction of a local long house for experiential and educational retreats at a local Tharu house. Community-run, handed to the locals.

Supporting the construction of the first rammed-earth building in the village.

Community School of Conservation Technology

Training and helping locals to build life-solving solutions against human-wildlife conflict. Facilitating to find markets, product ideation, training, etc.
